Pre-made lunches that can be made and stored for a week are an excellent go-to!
Protein is a must for lunch, it gives your child the fuel they need to finish out the day and keep them full. Good sources of protein are deli meat and cheese. Fresh fruits and veggies are also a must for a well-balanced meal.
